The statement
of Presidium of the Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy – Polish Section of IVR
on the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
On behalf of the community of the Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy – Polish Section of IVR, we condemn the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. This unlawful attack on the sovereign state finds no rational justification and entails the destruction, suffering of the civilian population and the death of innocent people. We express our solidarity with the whole Ukrainian nation, and in particular with Ukrainian academic circles. We acknowledge the right of the Ukrainian nation, being a full member of the European family of nations, to live in a free, independent and safe country.

w sprawie agresji Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę
W imieniu społeczności Stowarzyszenia Filozofii Prawa i Filozofii Społecznej – Sekcji Polskiej IVR potępiamy agresję Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę. Ten bezprawny i nieznajdujący żadnego racjonalnego usprawiedliwienia atak na suwerenne państwo pociąga za sobą zniszczenie, cierpienie ludności cywilnej oraz śmierć niewinnych osób. Solidaryzujemy się z całym Narodem ukraińskim, a w szczególności z ukraińskimi środowiskami akademickimi. Uznajemy prawo Narodu ukraińskiego, będącego pełnoprawnym członkiem europejskiej rodziny narodów, do życia w wolnym, niepodległym i bezpiecznym kraju.

у справі агресії Російської Федерації на Україну
Від імені спільноти Товариства філософії права та суспільної філософії – Польської секції IVR засуджуємо агресію Російської Федерації на Україну. Цей безправний і позбавлений раціонального виправдання напад на суверенну державу несе знищення, страждання цивільного населення і смерть невинних людей. Солідаризуємось нині із всім Українським народом, а особливо із українськими академічними колами. Признаємо право Українського народу, який є повноправним членом єропейської сім’ї народів, жити у вільній, незалежній і безпечній державі.

Archiwum Filozofii Prawa i Filozofii Społecznej is an academic journal by the Polish Section of the International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR). It is devoted to legal theory and the philosophy of law, social philosophy, political philosophy and the sociology of law. It is IVR’s tradition to publish Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosopie (ARSP). Alongside the international editions, the national IVR sections also publish their own journals. Archiwum is their Polish equivalent.
