The Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie is contains scholarly peer-reviewed articles in various languages (inter alia German, English, French and Spanish) on legal and social philosophy. It is published in annual volumns as well as special issues (Beihefte).
The editor-in-chief of the ARSP is Prof. Dr. Ulfrid Neumann. It is under the editorial supervision of Dr. Annette Brockmöller (annette.brockmoeller@t-online.de).
