PAPERS FOR SPECIAL WORKSHOPS
Proposals for special workshops should have at least 4 participants (indicating their qualifications), the likely titles of their papers, and the workshop rationale.
Abstracts must be in English, French, German Spanish, or Portuguese, should be under 3.500 characters, should refer to the title of the workshop and should be submitted through the site and by email to the chair of the workshop.
All abstracts submitted for a special workshop should also be sent separately to the contact for the Special Workshop. Abstracts not formally approved by the Special Workshops organizer will be considered as rejected.

NOTE: Approved abstracts will only be scheduled after payment of the congress attendance fee. Therefore, presenting authors are advised to send their abstracts for the special workshops with their registration before May 15 to enjoy the corresponding fee.

Fee includes lunch, social events, abstracts book, certificates.
*Participants registered until 12/30/2016 for the cancelled Istanbul congress will pay the same fee if their make their registration in Lisbon until May 15.
**The student fee does not include social events except the concert. Students who would like to attend the social events will pay the additional fee of 150 Euros.
***The accompanying persons fee does include social events and lunch during the conference.
