The 28th IVR World Congress will take place 16–21 July 2017 in İstanbul, Turkey. The congress organizer is accepting submissions for individual papers and group sessions (special workshops). The theme for the meeting is Peace Based on Human Rights, but papers and panels need not be restricted to this theme.
