LL.M. in Legal Theory

As from 1992 until recently an internationally renowned programme has been organised in Brussels by the European Academy of Legal Theory (EALT; see http://www.legaltheory.eu). The Erasmus Lifelong Learning Programme recently provided the means (in the project “Advanced Master of the EALT in European Legal Culture and Jurisprudence”/AMELIE, 2011-2013, 400.000 EUR) to re-establish the programme in Frankfurt/Main on a much broader institutional basis. The new programme analyses and engages with the ongoing globalisation and the connected structural transformation of normativity in law.

The new master programme is a unique project clustering a large number of European universities and associated partner institutions: University of Bologna, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Goethe-University Frankfurt/Main, Freie Universität Berlin, Jagiellonian University Cracow, University of Lucerne, University of Stockholm and University of Vienna.

More information is available at http://www.legaltheory.eu and in a descriptive pamphlet.
